David Brown tractors were part of the British agricultural scene from the 1930s until the last tractor, a Case 94, left the Feltham works. This pictorial history takes us from the first Ferguson Brown of 1931 through the first David Brown tractor, the VAK1 of 1939, and the Case takeover in 1972 to the closure of the plant in 1988 after the company was merged with International Harvester. It is a fascinating read for anyone interested in tractors or agricultural history.
