"To whom it may concern "I would like to thank you for the fantastic service I received from Pitstop book shop. I was amazed the book I ordered only the day before was waiting for me when I got home. One of my kids was home and told me it had been delivered around lunch time. "I have basically resigned myself to the fact that when I go shopping for anything to expect very poor service. Staff members generally have very little knowledge of the products they sell and care even less. I work in the automotive repair industry in a training capacity but still perform maintenance on a variety of vehicles and generally have to quote part numbers to the sales staff where I’m buying from to have any chance of receiving the part/component that even closely resembles what I’m after. "I will definitely be purchasing from your store again and will recommend your products to everyone I talk to ! The book I ordered could have been dropped from the space shuttle in outer space and because of the packaging I believe still would have arrived in perfect condition.
