There are profiles of the modern teams, great drivers and the new sensations. It is not a comprehensive history, but a fun book and has some great photographs of cars and drivers. Incidentally, the great Alberto Ascari was killed at Monza as the book tells us, but in a testing accident in a sports car and not in the Italian GP (page 14).
