Description: This compilation of magazine articles describes the Mercedes-Benz Sclass and 600 limousine built from 1965 to 1972. There is a lot of information here and some great stories, including Innes Ireland`s account of the London to Sydney Rally in a 280SE and a track test of a very special 300SEL 6.3 at a Finnish race track. Unfortunately the detail is lost on many of the photographs in the re-scanning process, but it is a fascinating look at these luxury sedans from the point of view of those who were there when they were new.
