Along the way it explodes a few myths, such as the reputed lack of popularity of the HD and its sales problems, which have been exaggerated over time. There were problems, however, and the improvements made in creating the HR from the HD are clearly explained. It is a great book for any Holden fan and will win a few arguments. Just don`t believe the quote from Wheels that put 5.5" rims on the HD; both HD and HR made do with the same 4.5" rim width as all the Holdens since the FE.
