Description: This compilation of articles from Classic and Vintage Commercials magazine tells the story of ERF, the British truck manufacturer that was an offshoot from the famous Foden concern in 1933. Founded by E.R Foden (hence ERF) the company produced a range of tough, reliable heavy trucks until its takeover by Western Star in 1996 and its later sale to MAN and subsequent cessation of British manufacture. An amazing range of ERF trucks is described in this well presented book, with good quality pictures and informative text.
