Producer's notes:
On the weekend of the 18th -19th September 1999, the HSRCA conducted a tribute race meeting to the multi-talented racing career of Frank Gardner OAM.
Prior to that, at a special Club Dinner, Frank delivered one of his classic "discourses" before receiving a presentation from the Club.
The occasion was captured on video by Marc Schagen.
Frank Gardner sadly passed away on the 29th August 2009, aged 78 after a long illness.
